Dynamics CRM / GP Support Requests

Microsoft Dynamics 365 logopavliks.com provides a number of support options. Support is provided on a priority basis with priority given to Clients engaged in a Dynamics CRM / GP Support Plan or who have listed pavliks.com  as the Partner of Records on their Dynamics CRM Online account. All other requests are followed up on a best effort basis.

The support request form on this page is directly connected to our Customer Support System and all request will be logged and followed up on accordingly.

If your request is afterhours (outside Mon - Fri 8:30 am - 5 pm EST) and an emergency, call us at 1-877-728-5457 and choose the afterhours support menu option from our voicemail system. You will be forwarded to our live attendant who will field your request. Please note afterhours rates will apply.

Please note for emergency support request give us a call for a prompt response. Although we monitor inbounding web support requests it may be several hours before someone gets back to you and when you are in a pinch we want to make sure we are able to help as soon as possible.
