The IT world is always changing. Networks, servers, and software get more powerful and also more complex every year. With these changes people are able to perform more tasks, in less time. But even with all this progress - the technology and its increasing number of moving parts can still “break” impacting business operations with reduced performance or downtime.
Because of this change – we had to change to. A few years ago having one of our technicians manually review your systems one hour per week was a solid solution to make certain your systems were running optimally. But now with a client’s server (or servers) taking care of a company’s email, file sharing, Blackberry services, website, and more – this model of support is not as effective as it once was. With all the complexities a lot can change between two weekly visits. At the same time, having our technicians reviewing your server around the clock wouldn’t be cost-effective decision for you.
