Microsoft Certified Professional and Senior Network Technician (10 years +) assigned as your Network Analyst and support lead.
Scheduled Microsoft server operating system updates and patch management.
Regular review of Network and Server performance, Firewall performance, Storage capacity, Data integrity, Back up solutions, Network switches and speed, UPS systems, Microsoft applications, AV.
Liaise with third Party vendors as required on client's behalf
Asset management, Hardware and Software Lifecycle Reviews and IT budgetary assistance
Licensing and renewal tracking for Server Operating systems, Office and Antivirus licensing
Server log, Event log, and Security log monitoring
Onsite services offered within 1.5 hr radius of main pavliks.com offices in Central Ontario (Barrie). Travel time charges apply at half our hourly rate.
Access to 24/7 support services - Emergency Support offered from 5pm to 8:30am EST – after hours rates apply

Your Monthly Contract may also include the following

Antivirus Solution with user management console
Back and Disaster Recovery (Sleep at night service)
Office 365 Service and Support
Network Monitoring and 24/7 Reporting
