Piece of cake for peace of mind!
Don’t be startled if we drop by your office one day this summer with a bakery fresh cake. Our Account Representatives might be in your neighbourhood to drop off a cake for you to enjoy. It may be cheesy, but it is sweet and a great metaphor for how we can take a slice of work off your plate by letting pavliks.com support your network proactively. 3rd Time’s a Charm – For A Website That Is
At pavliks.com we are noticing a large increase in the number of Customers who are looking to improve their Internet presence by adopting a new, fresh website appearance. But it is not just a new look Customers want.
With the advances in technology (some refer to it as Web 2.0) there is a lot more you can do with a corporate website today than you could a couple years ago. The general lifecycle of a corporate website is about 3 years and a lot can change over that period. Websites with business level content management systems are now half the cost they were just 4 or 5 years ago, and have far more functionality. It is easier today to integrate your business information with your website. For example, having sales lead data gathered from your website going directly into your sales tracking system. Or how about synchronizing marketing efforts with the information on your website so different visitors see different information in relation to the marketing message you are delivering.
With many companies getting their first corporate website in the late 90’s, a lot are now on their 3rd revision. Today websites have a place not only in the sales and marketing department, but in operations and production as well. This makes websites a critical part of many businesses and a contributing factor to your bottom line.

Supporting your Network is getting easier
That is not 100% true, but from one perspective (you the client’s) it is. Networking technology is getting more technical with more options and choices every day. That means the people who support your network need to know more about different areas of technology as things evolve.
When it comes to providing support to an end-user (we are all end-users; that refers to the person who actually uses the network or system) things are getting easier. The improved tools, pervasiveness of high speed Internet and newer servers and workstations allow Network Technicians to better identify issues before they cause a problem and to support the system, even remotely.
In many cases if a client has a problem, Network Technicians can remotely connect to the network, server or workstation in question, and start the process of identifying and resolving the issue.
The benefits are; minimal delay before working on the problem, reduced travel time and reduced cost.
There are some instances where being on-site and hands-on is really the best option. In those cases, Network Technicians have direct access to all the tools and resources they need.
Technology is getting more sophisticated but it is also getting more complicated. Technology improves the business process through automation. But, when your systems are not working correctly time to repair is critical. Today’s technology allows end-users to get the prompt and effective support they need.
